Dot Etch is created by chemically removing one of the two fibers present in the textile, resulting in a regular grid of translucent dots measuring five millimeters in diameter. The etched dots allow light to pass through directly, while the surrounding fabric diffuses it gently.
The visual effect is quiet and introspective. From a distance, the surface appears uniform and calm. Up close, the dot pattern becomes legible, revealing precision and material sensitivity. Dot Etch introduces a meditative rhythm into space without visual dominance.
Applications: dividers, walls, space partitions, lighting, building facades.
