Pleate Print Sediment

Pleat Print Sediment combines two distinct techniques: screen printing and fluid pigment sedimentation. A printed structure is applied to the textile, establishing a rhythmic framework. Pigments are then introduced, flowing and settling around the printed pattern.

The interaction between rigid structure and organic movement creates a layered visual effect. Printed elements guide the eye, while pigment dispersion introduces softness and variation. The surface shifts with distance and light conditions, moving between graphic clarity and atmospheric depth.

Pleat Print Sediment is particularly suited for architectural elements where pattern, light diffusion, and movement play an active role in spatial perception.

Applications: dividers, doors, feature walls, space partitions, and lighting panels.
