Rust Reflection

Rust Reflection expands the Rust Series through a more structured and interpretative approach to oxidation. Before rusting begins, the textile is folded, layered, and positioned under controlled conditions. As oxidation develops, iron-oxide traces are transferred, mirrored, and repeated across the fabric.

This method produces compositions that suggest symmetry and order while remaining inherently irregular. The resulting patterns are often perceived as emblematic or figurative, inviting interpretation without imposing a fixed reading. Compared to Rust Glass, which embraces randomness, Rust Reflection introduces rhythm and balance while retaining the organic nature of corrosion.

The product allows architects to work with rust as a controlled spatial language rather than a purely expressive effect. Custom rust pattern development is available for site-specific architectural applications.

Applications: dividers, doors, feature walls, space partitions.
